Book Barrel
The fundraiser for the Warner Robins Branch is the used book sale held at the Houston Mall, 233 N. Houston Road, Warner Robins., GA. The sale dates are October 28 – 30, 2010.
A special “preview” is scheduled for 5-6 PM on Thursday for $5 admission. Free admission starts at 6 PM. Sale hours are Thursday. 6 -9 PM, Friday 9 – 9 PM, Saturday 9 – 2 PM.
The barrels go out the first weel of May 2010. Book pricing and sorting starts in May, Join your AAUW friends at the Houston Mall in the store front that AAUW uses. Just turn right at the end of the hallway follow the orange extension cord to the location.
Book sorting and pricing takes place all summer on Thursday from 7 – 9 p.m. and Saturday from 9 -11 a.m. If you have never done it before, try it. Carrie and Margaret have organized the sorting process so it is easy to learn the ropes.
