AAUW is a powerful and influential community of 100,000 members in 50 states and 1,000 branches. Membership is open to all graduates who hold the associates or higher degree from a regionally accredited college or university. In principle and practice, AAUW values and seeks a diverse membership. There shall be no barriers to full participation in this organization on the basis of gender, race, creed, age, sexual orientation, national origin, or disability.
The Warner Robins Branch was chartered in 1962. Eleanor Granum is our founding president and she remains a member today.

The AAUW Educational Foundation provides funds to advance education, research, and self-development for women and to foster equity and positive societal change.
AAUW’s Legal Advocacy Fund provides funding and a support system for women seeking judicial redress for sex discrimination.
